The Tehama County Juvenile Challenge Grant program is run by the Tehama County Probation Department.

Oversight is provided by the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council.

The Probation Department is a member of the Tehama County Health Partnership, a collaborative of about 25 public, private, and community-based organizations.
