Overview of the Tehama County Multi-Agency Treatment TeamsMATT Level I meets bi-weekly to identify the needs of parents and at-risk children/youth and to develop prescriptive, individualized service plans. The goal is to provide comprehensive and coordinated multi-agency service delivery to facilitate the child or youth successfully remaining in the community. This group is comprised of direct service providers and/or managers from each of the participating agencies. MATT Level II is responsible for the negotiation and determination of overall policies, resolution of impasses in the SOC operation, development of plans and authorization of new SOC program resources, and evaluation. Directors of the collaborating agencies participate in this policy level group. Any child or youth and their parent(s) being considered for the highest levels of care are referred from the MATT Level I to this group for review and approval prior to placement. MATT teams facilitate collaboration and shared service delivery in accordance with the SOC’s primary goal. These teams plan and implement the multi-agency treatment plans for involved children youth, and families. |
