Public School Based Day-Treatment Program (Year 2)

• Less restrictive than TRACE, this program is for children and youths returning from high-level out-of-home placements, offering transitional services to integrate with the regular school programs.

• Emphasis is on a core academic program, addressing development of career/job services and daily living skills development. The case management planning and implementation will include links to supported employment, job training, and placement resources, and access to supported housing for older youths.
