Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health Program staff:
- Provide leadership in planning, developing, and supporting local, comprehensive systems of preventive and primary care for the maternal, child, and adolescent population
- Provide outreach to women in the community to inform them of the importance and availability of early prenatal care
- Provide case management services to pregnant and parenting teens
- Provide outreach to families to inform and assist in obtaining low- or no-cost health insurance programs to pregnant women and their children
