"Serving Our Community"
Tehama County Health Partnership

The Tehama County Health Services Agency, Public Health Division is pleased to serve in the capacity of the fiscal agency for the Tehama County Health Partnership.

TCHA Public Health Division is one of nine organizations across the state that was awarded a $1 million grant from The California Wellness Foundation as a part of their Health Improvement Initiative. The Tehama County Health Partnership (TCHP) is a collaborative effort among various agencies, organizations, and concerned citizens that seeks to improve the health and quality of life of the residents of Tehama County.

A main focus of the Health Partnership is to facilitate efficient delivery of preventive and support services to the community. By coordinating the resources of all the participating members and changing traditional systems of service delivery, the TCHP's effect on the community can be much greater than the individual effects of its parts. Special TCHP interests include youth mentoring, substance abuse prevention, and juvenile crime prevention.

For more information on this innovative group's members, services, and how you can become involved, please visit the Tehama County Health Partnership website.
