As a not-for-profit County-owned facility licensed as a 67-bed skilled nursing facility and a 95-210 rural health clinic with dental services, our mission is to be an assured source of medical care for individuals who lack access to these services due to economic or social barriers.

The Health Center is committed to providing quality skilled nursing care in a safe and comfortable environment, and quality primary medical and dental care. Additionally we strive to earn the respect of our residents, resident families, patients, employees and the community.
